- The trailer has Rebecca trying on bridemaid's dresses... presumably for her roommate Suze's wedding. In the book Suze is VERY single...
Billie Piper as Rebecca Bloomwood. She's from Dr. Who and Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She's huge in England.
Jude Law as Luke.. 'nuff said.
Emily Blunt as best friend/flatmate Suze. She would be perfect!
Steve Valentine as Tarquin, who's heart is broken by Rebecca. Creepy, mysterious, pasty, flawless as Tarquin...And finally:
Simon Pegg as Derek Smeath, the banker with a heart. SHAAAUUUUN!!!Notice that they are all British actors... that wasn't an accident...

I feel the same way... They also have Becky looking gaudy in the pictures i saw.. she's not gaudy, shes a fashionista. so sad :( read "Remember Me" by Sophie Kinsella.. I LOVED IT
So do you think I casted it better? I think so.... Isla Fisher is TACKY and I hate that... I am almost done with Manhattan then it's on to Shopaholic gets Married woohoo!! I bought 2 more books from Sophie Kinsella - Undomestic Goddess and something about drinks... I think Martinis for 3, but it's written under her real name which I have now forgotten... I am also reading "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime"... very strange...
P.S. Don't you think Simon Pegg is PERFECT as Derek Smeath???
